All products sold on our website are guaranteed for two years.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover the wear and tear of the normal use of the products, aesthetic damage due to exposure to the weather, or those derived from improper use, handling or installation of the product.

We put all the care and dedication in manufacturing our products, but we are perfect. If you think your equipment is defective or has some type of malfunction:

• You will receive instructions to verify that the fault exists and whenever possible instructions to try to solve the problem without the need to return the equipment.
• If it is necessary to return the equipment, you will not be responsible for any type of transportation expenses within the first 6 months after purchase. We will send a courier company to pick up the product at the same address where it was delivered. After this period has elapsed, the necessary shipping costs to apply the guarantee will be at your expense.
• Please do not send any equipment without prior authorization from the technical staff of Silvano Sistemas Sónicos S.L. In this case our company would not be responsible for transportation costs.
