1. Shipping
1.1 Shipping conditions
Silvano Sistemas Sónicos S.L. Shipments to European Union countries in its continental territory. It does not ship to Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla or Gibraltar.
The shipment will be made between 1 and 6 working days once the payment of the order has been received.
When you place an order you will be informed of the available shipping options, the cost of each of them and the approximate delivery time.
If the shipment were free Silvano Sistemas Sónicos S.L. The choice of the shipping method will be reserved, guaranteeing that the shipment will be made to the address you indicate and within the stipulated period.
1.2 Damage caused by transport
When you receive your order check the condition of the packaging. If you notice damage:

2. Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal
2.1 Returns / Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without justification. Silvano Sistemas Sónicos S.L. extends that right to 30 calendar days.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

2.2 Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a delivery method different from the less expensive delivery method ordinary that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
